Return Period

Private Customers (Consumers)
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Dutch law for online purchases (right of withdrawal).

Business Customers

Business orders are subject to individual assessment per return. Each return is evaluated separately based on specific circumstances. Please contact us at info@slimprintshop.com to discuss your return request.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Include the packing slip in your return package so we can identify your order
  • No packing slip? Add a note with your order number and contact details

Business Customers

How to Request a Return

You can request a return in two ways:

  • Through your customer account
  • By contacting us at info@slimprintshop.com

Return Instructions

Follow these steps once your return request has been approved:

1. Packaging: Pack your items carefully to prevent damage during transport, preferably in the original packaging

2. Shipping label: Create a shipping label to the address below:

3. Shipping: Attach the shipping label to your package and hand it over to the courier

Processing Time

Once we receive your return package, we will process it and you will receive your refund within 2-5 business days.

Damage and Issues

Check your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will assess the situation and do everything we can to resolve it.

Exceptions: Non-Returnable Items

Private Customers
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized items
  • Sale items (unless defective)

Business Customers
Business orders are individually assessed. Factors that are considered:

  • Large quantities (5 pieces or more) cannot be returned because all vases are made to order
  • Specific color schemes or custom work
  • Commercial viability of resale

Please note: Business customers are expected to be familiar with the relevant product specifications before placing larger orders.

Exchanges

Need to exchange an item? Request a return and order the desired item separately. We will refund your purchase amount once we receive your return package.

Refunds

Private Customers
We will send you a confirmation once we have received and verified your return. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. This usually takes 2-5 business days, but may take longer depending on your payment method.

Business Customers
The same procedure applies to business customers as to private customers, provided the return meets the conditions. We will send you a confirmation once we have received and verified your return. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2-5 business days.
