How can I place an order?

You can easily place an order through our shop.

Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Your item(s) will be made to order within 2-4 business days, after ordering.

What are the shipping costs?

Free shipping applies to orders or:

  • 100 euros or more
  • Or within the Netherlands and Belgium.

Where can I track my order?

You can easily track your order via the tracking link (and tracking code) that you will receive once it has been shipped.

There you will find the most up-to-date information on the status of the shipment.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do!

If you wish to return an item, you can request a return in your account or contact us here.

  • Contact me within 30 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within 30 days after indicating that you want to return your order.
How do I return an item?

You can either log in to your account and request a return. Or contact us here.

We'll get in touch with you to guide you through the process.

Return instructions

  1. Pack your items carefully to prevent damage in transit, preferably in the same package.
  2. Put the shipping label on the box.
  3. Hand you package over to the courier.
  4. Wait until we've received and processed your return.
  5. Receive your refund in 2-5 business days.
What are the conditions of return?

You can return any item within 30 days of purchase.

The item must be returned in its original condition.

This may be in the same box or another shipping box. We do recommend that you pack the item well using protective material to prevent any damage.

If the item not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss of value.

What are the costs for returning an item?

The cost of returning one or more items is free of charge.

How do I exchange an item?

If you want to exchange an item the easiest way is to place a new order and request a refund for your current item in your customer account or via email.

As soon as we've received your returned item, we'll process the refund.

Cancellations

Can I cancel an order?

You can!

Canceling an order is only possible before your item is shipped. So within 24 hours - 48 hours, the sooner the better.

You can indicate in your customer account that you want to cancel the order, you can also contact us so we can do this for you.
