Our vases are usually processed within 1 - 2 business days.


Custom vases might take up to 5 business days to process.

What are the cost of shipping?

What is the delivery time of my order?

The time that it usually takes for your order to arrive varies from country to country. The approximate delivery time for each country is listed below. I strive to meet these delivery times, but I can't promise them. Once your order is given to the courier, you will be provided with a tracking code so you can keep track of your shipment. If you don't see your country on the list or have another inquiry, reach out to me and I'll be glad to assist.

Can I cancel my order?

I understand, I change my mind too! So if you've placed an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours unless it has already been sent out. There are no fees for the cancellation. However, keep in mind that if you want to return the item after you've received it, the buyer has to cover the delivery expenses.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

I use PostNL and DHL as courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that I've received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

At this point, I am dispatching my vases to the European Union and the United Kingdom. If you would like me to ship to any other countries, just let me know and I will do my best to make it happen.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me via email or send a message via the contact form. Please note: buyers are responsible for returning an item.

Can I return a custom-made item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to issue refunds for items that are custom-made.

I am devoted to providing a great customer experience, so please don't
hesitate to contact me if you have any queries regarding your
custom-made product and we can work out a solution.

What are the conditions of return?

Basically, you can return any item without giving a reason within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. This may be in the same box or another shipping box. I do recommend that you pack the item well in protective material to prevent damage. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

How do I return an item?
