What is the processing time of my order?

Standard items are usually processed within 1 - 3 business days.

Custom items might take up to 5 business days to process.

What is the delivery time of my order?

The average delivery time of your order varies by country.
Below you will find the average delivery time per country. Please note that these are estimates. I make every effort to meet these delivery times, but cannot guarantee them.

After your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking code to follow your shipment.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

I use PostNL and DHL as courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that I've received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

I currently ship my vases to EU countries and to the United Kingdom. Depending on your destination country, I am happy to ship to other countries as well. Feel free to get in touch to see if we can arrange something

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me via email or send a message via the contact form. Please include your order number so I can send you a shipping label.

Contact me within: 30 days of delivery
Ship items back within: +-30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

Can I return a custom-made item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return custom items. However, I do strive for 100% customer satisfaction. So if you have any questions about your custom-made piece, you can always send me a message and we will see what we can do.

What are the conditions of return?

Basically, you can return any item without giving a reason within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. This may be in the same box or another shipping box. I do recommend that you pack the item well in protective material to prevent damage. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

How do I return an item?

Would you like to return your item? Please fill in the contact form or send me an email, stating your order number and the item you would like to return. I will then contact you to guide you through the process.
