What is the processing time of my order?

Standard items are usually processed within 1 - 3 business days.
Custom items might take up to 5 business days to process.

What payment methods are available?

The following payment methods are available: iDEAL, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery time varies by country. The most current delivery time for your order is shown during checkout.

What are the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping depends on the country of destination. You can see the actual cost at the checkout of your order.

Usually it is between 10 - 18 EUR to EU-countries and >18 EUR to countries outside the EU.

Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.


If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact me via email or send a message via the contact form. Please include your order number so I can send you a shipping label.

Can I return a custom-made item?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return custom items. However, I do strive for 100% customer satisfaction. So if you have any questions about your custom-made piece, you can always send me a message and we will see what we can do.

What are the conditions of return?

Basically, you can return any item without giving a reason within 30 days of purchase. The item must be returned in its original condition. This may be in the same box or another shipping box. I do recommend that you pack the item well in protective material to prevent damage. Should the item not be returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

How do I return an item?
